  • Metabolic (MET) - In the research, interval cardio training has been shown to be the most effective for fat loss. We’ve taken it up a notch and incorporated exercises in multiple planes of motion, using all kinds of equipment such the jungle gyms, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, bikes, rowers and more into an interval-style workout. You’ll have a blast and you’ll burn body fat! 45 minutes and you’re out!
  • Sports Performance Training High School (HS) For ages 13 - 18 yr olds.  (YOUTH) - For ages 9 - 12 yr olds.  This 60 minute class focuses on strength, speed , power, agility, nutrition and recovery. Each workout includes muscle tissue quality, stretching, dynamic warm up, strength and speed development and power development to take care of the competition! Your athlete will be educated on how to prevent injuries and how to strengthen their weaker muscles.
  •  On the Calendar (High School session is highlighted in Black) & (Youth sessions are highlighted in Grey)         
  • Total Body Strength (TB) - Complete Strength group sessions are structured to take the place of a full body strength workout. These types of workouts are our #1 priority to burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism for the long term. 45 minutes and you’re out!
  •  Yoga- “Movement linked with breath” Postures are strung together in a short or longer flow. This style of yoga is often quite dynamic, which requires the mind to stay focused in the present to be able to keep up. Focusing keeps you from drifting off and helps you to be present in your body rather than stuck in your head.
  •  Express Total Body (ETB) - Same as our Metabolic but done in just 30 minutes! VERY HIGH INTENSITY!
